What is Business Administration? What Do Graduates Do?

All institutions and organizations that directly or indirectly contribute to the production and delivery of products and services that will make people's lives easier are businesses. The State, Associations and Foundations, Municipalities, Public Institutions, large companies, merchants, tradesmen, Pharmacies, Dentists, all institutions you can think of are businesses.

For this reason, all institutions and organizations need the knowledge of Business Administration graduates. Based on this fact, more than 20% of undergraduate programs in America are Business programs.

In business education, students receive basic training on the work done in all departments of a business such as management, strategy, human resources, corporate communication, marketing, sales, finance, accounting, logistics and foreign trade. In the last two years, and if desired, they can focus on the field of their choice with a master's degree. Since Business Administration forms the basis of fields such as Logistics and International Trade, which were later born out of necessity, Business Administration graduates can also work in these fields.

For the business department; It can be said that it is a department where numerical, verbal and communication skills are used together. It should also be underlined that training on all subjects that an entrepreneur needs to know to be successful is also provided under the umbrella of Business Administration.
